Expereience Required : 2+ Years Location : Technopark , Trivandrum Company name : GVK EMRI Qualification : MBA Contact Mail Id : remya_j@emri.in Roles and responsibilities : 1) Should have a good experience in handling payroll & Statutory Compliances, Compensation. 2) Maintain data in software or by Excel. 3) Maintain attendance records of all employees (Paid Leave, Unpaid Leave, Sick Leave, Maternity Leave). 4) Maintain salary details of employees including all break ups. 5) Calculate amounts of deductions like PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, TDS or other deduction. 6) Ensure receipt of all supporting documents related to Full & Final Settlement.
