Planning & Coordination of joining formalities for full time (W2) employees and Corp to Corp hires. Doing E-Verify for the newly joined W2 employees. Guiding New H1B and Existing H1B Employees in resolving their queries related to immigration. Good experience in dealing with H1 Extensions and Amendments. Collecting all immigration documents from employees for their initial H1 filings/CAP filings. Require vast experience in dealing with H1 RFE'S. Has to be responsible for the Employment offer letters, Experience Letters, Etc. for H1b Employees. Filing LCA for our H-1B consultants. Taking Mock interviews for the employees who are coming to India for Visa Stamping. Maintain and regularly conduct audit of Public Access Files and I-9's to ensure compliance. Preparing stamping interview letters. Constant follow up with the consultants and attorney in USA about the filing. Perks and Benefits
