Understanding of Job descriptions,

 Should be good in Sourcing, Calling, Resume shortlisting.

Good exposure towards Naukri/Monster/LinkedIn/Social Media hiring,

Good understanding and knowledge of IT Technologies

Expecting Hiring experience on IT Technologies.

Good experience in Contract Hiring

Hands-on Experience in End to the End recruitment process

Managed flow of candidates through the recruitment process, from Sourcing, Screening, scheduling interviews to coordinating with the interview panel.
