We are KEMS group and have a factory complex in Hosur (Forging, Machining, Pressure Die-casting and Axle Assembly). We are expanding our HR team and have an opening for HR Executive in the factory HR role. 

Qualification: MSW

Experience: 2 to 4 years

Job Location: Hosur SIPCOT area. 

Must have strong communication & presentation skills. 

Language: Must be able to speak, read, write Tamil + Fluency in English, added advantage if the candidate knows - Hindi / Kannada / Telugu. 

Candidate should have worked (not just spent time) in any manufacturing industry. 

Must know the handling of Attendance & Payroll, All forms/submissions as per the laws applicable to the factory.

Knowledge of Statutory Compliances for the factory.

Knowledge of contract labour management and admin activities. 

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PPT), any ERP and Data management.

Employee welfare activities. 

CTC range: 20-23K per month. (we can look at little higher for a good candidate).
