Handle end to end recruitment.

Developing talent acquisition strategies and plans for bulk-hiring.

Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs.

Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.)

High level of interpersonal skills and integrity; solid team player.

Work Experience:

Experience of 0-2 Years in IT recruitment.

Qualification: Any Graduate
