We are looking for 10+ years overall experienced candidates
Candidate should have good logical and analytical skills along with good communication skills and problem-solving ability

Preferred skills
Create a delivery schedule, and deliver projects on schedule to the satisfaction of the clients.
Analyze and troubleshoot delivery issues in a timely fashion
Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries and concerns
Establish a relationship with senior stakeholders across the organization
Works towards performance improvement based on feedback received from Quality.
Ensure client requirements are understood and documented.
Constant connect to gauge the pulse of the client.
Perform resource allocations and workload assignments according to delivery requirements
Responsible for designing and maintaining accurate internal and external reports.
Ensure that the team maintains a high level of competence and operational excellence
Experience in managing critical and complex customer situations or incidents.
Evaluate the performance of team members and determine training needs
Is competent in core change-management methods and techniques.
Responsible to work on multiple assignments and effectively manage time and priorities of staff.
Qualification: BTech/MCA/BSc in Computer Science
