Should manage the portfolio for Gold Loan/financial business within its territory.

Leading a team of Branch Managers to ensure business growth.

Identifying & taking initiatives for launching new branches across the assigned territory.

Guiding & motivating team member in achieving their goals.

Coaching & mentoring employees and providing them with timely feedback on their performance.

Gold Loan sales experienced candidates are preferred.
