Overview
Looking for 3 years experienced Finance Executive

Responsibilities
Study the financial transactions made by the organization and prepare financial reports based on the available data.
Manage Accounts Receivables, involving accounting of invoices after verification with contracts, payments follow-up, and preparation of customer account statements and issue of receipts.
Manage Accounts Payables, involving the recording of supplier bills after verification with PO, TDS deduction, supplier payments and maintenance of Ageing Statement
Manage Statutory (GST, TDS, PF, ESIC) payment
Maintenance of proper records, books of accounts and adequate documentation of all transactions
Maintenance of General Ledger including posting daily transactions, preparation of day book and journal-register
Prepare financial statements
Ensure all statutory timely payments.
Responsible for bank reconciliation and Petty Cash operations
Providing inputs while the senior company officials plan the budget.
Prepare the annual accounts for the company.
Assisting in the internal auditing process

Skills
Good experience in maintaining accounts in Tally
Good Knowledge in MS Office, MS Excel

Qualification
B.Com
