Walk-In Drive on this Saturday (August 3rd) - .NET Developer/Angular full stack/Technical Business Analyst/Technical Project Manager
.Net DEVELOPER
Major responsibilities will include:
Analyse and interpret business/functional requirements into technical specifications
Ability to interpret business/technical requirements and develop solutions.
Ensure deadlines are met while ensuring quality
Ability to work on multiple assignments simultaneously
Attend conference calls with clients in the US during late evening hours
Follow prescribed client standards and processes
Communicate progress/priorities/issues proactively to the tech lead and project manager
Skill Set :
Solid hands-on experience in coding, designing and architecting solutions in Microsoft based pc or web environment.
Should be an expert in at least one of the following Microsoft Technologies (.Net framework, C #, ASP.NET, Web services, VB 6.0, MS SQL Server).
Excellent communication skills will be a big plus.
Angular Full-stack Developer
Major responsibilities will include:

REQUIREMENT:
Solid Web application experience (4+ Years)
Experience in Angular 4/5/6
Knowledge in client-side MVC, AngularJS Routing concepts, creating custom directives, etc.
Strong Experience in integrating with RESTful APIs for server-side functionality
Experience in MS SQL Server will be a big plus
Experience in GIT, bower, npm etc will be a plus
Experience working in an Agile model will be a plus
Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility issues as well as experience with legacy and modern
Business Analyst (IT)
Understand and document the customer's business requirements, processes and workflows - Be the liaison between the business user & IT development team
Should be capable of sifting thru Microsoft technologies (.Net, VB6, SQL Server etc) to extract business logic
Work with management to create functional specifications that meet those requirements, serve as a subject matter expert to the developers building those functions
Conduct/participate actively in conference calls with onsite teams and clients IT/Business users
Work with the QA team to test the developed functionality
Develop standard templates for project-specific documents (such as SRS, technical design documents etc.)
Work with the leadership team in providing necessary support in business development initiatives
Work offline from customer locations for extended periods
Preferred skills
5 + years of solid IT business analysis experience with multi-national clients is a must
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering, IT
Candidate with development experience will be given preference
Excellent written and verbal communications
Should be able to manage multiple projects, tasks
Ability to develop and prepare use cases, functional specifications, and technical requirements
Ability to understand and represent the needs of the end-user in a software development environment
Technical Project Manager (IT)
Act as a single point of contact between the customers IT and development teams.
Commit and deliver projects and products by estimating the quantum of work required to be delivered.
Understanding of customer and business needs including the urgency with a clear road map on the delivery schedule by understanding the capacity of the internal teams.
Lead by prioritizing the work and obtain commitment on delivery from the internal teams (Product development and Support Management teams).
Meet daily with Team Leads to review the health of their projects
Actively lead conference calls between offshore development teams and onsite-teams as well as clients in US & Europe time zones.
Capable of working independently and have strong decision-making skills to solve issues.
Sound working knowledge in Project Management and agile methodologies.
Should have a good understanding of technology and process flows - in Microsoft and/or Open Source technologies
Ability to sit with development & QA teams and understand the issues reported / new features required for the product and communicate both upstream (customer) and downstream (development group).
Ability to provide resolution by understanding the reported customer and business needs.
Consolidate performance metrics (utilization, schedule performance, cost performance, defect density, customer satisfaction etc.) from operations and prepare dashboard
Must-have qualification & skills
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related technical discipline.
Strong technical & development background - 10 + years of total IT experience with minimum 5years of hands-on experience in software development using .NET/Open Source technologies
Hands-on experience in managing multiple Project Teams
Should have excellent client communication skills both verbal and written.
