Job Description
Good knowledge in desktop OS (Windows10, Windows7)
Good Knowledge in server OS (Windows Server 2016, Windows Server 2012)
Good experience in Computer Hardware Troubleshooting.
Experience in Installation, Configuration and Troubleshooting of applications on Windows platform
Experience in an environment with more than 50 work stations.
Experience in managing LAN and WAN connections
Experience in Linux would be an added advantage.
Knowledge in DHCP, DNS, Active Directory, IIS
Knowledge in basic networking concepts

Preferred skills
Microsoft Certification preferred
Good written and oral communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
