Brief description :
Network Administrator  (Immediate requirement)
The position is responsible for interacting with clients to handle service inquiries and problems. Duties include examining highly complex customer problems and suggesting and implementing appropriate corrective action to restore services. The candidate is supposed to remotely log into the client’s (desktops and/or servers with Windows or Linux OS) in order to perform technical software configuration, rebooting, and other remedial actions.  The candidate should be willing to work in the night shift.

Provide monitoring support to Client/Server and Network Operations
Take appropriate action to maintain system availability
Windows Server setup and administration
3rd Party application patching
Active Directory & Group Policy support
Cyberoam Firewall configuration.

Preferred skills
Extensive knowledge Microsoft Server 2008, 2012, & 2016
Remote Desktop, VPN/MFA
Extensive knowledge of VMWare/Citrix
Extensive knowledge VMWare View/Horizon (VDI)
Internet Information Services (IIS)
Windows Server Update Services
Working knowledge Terminal Server
Working knowledge of firewalls, routing, switching technologies
