Job Description: 
Maintenance and troubleshooting of Citrix XenApp Server 6.0, 6.5.
Determine how Citrix and Active Directory policies are applied and troubleshoot unexpected policy results.
Knowledge of Citrix farm management, Session management, Citrix printer management, Application deployment and publishing on Citrix farm, Decommissioning application from Citrix farm, Threshold management, Log monitoring/maintenance.
Knowledge of other Citrix products (e.g., Citrix Password Manager, Citrix Access Gateway, Citrix Edge sight).
Citrix server monitoring - server availability, IMA traffic, usage, load balancing etc.
Knowledge of Citrix Web interface and Advance Control option.
Assessments, Health Checks, Architecture, Design, Installation, Management.

Administering windows 2003 / 2008 / 2012 servers with active directory Concept on a domain controller with Global Catalog & RODC Server
Testing & Applications of IT Security policies, service pack, security patches & hot fixes released by Microsoft for operating systems is an ongoing planned activity to keep proper check on vulnerabilities and bugs.
Implementing, managing & maintaining Windows 2k3 /2k8 / 2012 servers running Web servers, Application servers, File servers, Hyper-V servers, VMware etc.
Monitoring application servers, Exchange servers, Active Directory Replication & Group Policy

Manage and support the VMware infrastructure independently
Perform a regular health check on the servers to ensure the environment is stable
Provide technical support to customer requests (incidents/service requests)
Follow the ITIL process including Incident / Problem / Change management
Create and maintain the standard operating procedure documents for all the tasks
Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering quality service within agreed SLA
Coordinate with other support teams including application / Storage /database
Knowledge of ITIL Process.
24X7 support exposure
Datacentre/Remote System administration skills
