Job Description
Handling end to end recruitment process
Should have worked in IT & Non-IT Recruitments
Must have exposure of IT/ IT Infrastructure /Telecom & BFSI domains.
Conducting preliminary interviews and Screening best fit candidates for open positions.
Schedule and coordinate for interviews with all stake holders.
Should have exposure of latest industry trends & Social Media Platforms & other hiring source tools for hiring needs.
 Provide Analytical & well documented recruiting reports.
Should be able to Manage & achieve TAT for each Recruitment activity.
Act as a single point of contact for internal & external stakeholders to build influential relationship.
