Experience with two or more of the following SAP products such as: ECC, BW, HANA, SCM, and CRM.
Hands-on experience in Support packs Patching, kernel Upgrades, Client copy and system refreshes.
Experience in working
Technical knowledge of SAP infrastructure on Linux/Windows environments
Experience in Performance monitoring & tuning, interface troubleshooting and landscape optimization
Knowledge and experience in SAP Java stack administration and Solution Manager are a strong plus.
Experience in setting up transport management system and working with transports
Experience supporting mission-critical system and ensuring 24x7 availability of production system.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and conceptual skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritizing and controlling own workload and deliver in a timely fashion.
Effective contributor to project teams and possesses excellent written and oral communication.
Nice to have:
Worked on SAP Installations, EHP Upgrades/Version upgrades
Strong knowledge and experience in HANA
Knowledge and experience of SAP Gateway, Fiori and SAP Screen Personas.
Experience in SAP landscape implementation/migration to cloud.
Job Responsibilities:
Support & Monitor – SAP ECC/SCM/BI/HANA landscapes
Evaluate, install and test Support packs and Kernel upgrades
Resolves application outages, implement corrective and preventative actions to mitigate future incidents
Performance tuning/troubleshooting systems and application issues
Maintain system integrity and maximize uptime
System
Identify priorities, risks and integration points between SAP applications
Support Database team on Database Upgrades/Migration
Maintaining partner profiles and RFC connections
Work with operations teams and functional teams to ensure successful project implementations
Work with 3rd party vendors to implement technology initiatives and resolve problems/issues/bugs
Managed systems/ EWA/Alert configuration in Solution Manager
Weekend on call support.
Qualifications
Minimum 4+ years of SAP BASIS Administration
