SUMMARY:

To meet our increasing client demands, Russell Tobin, the staffing division of Pride Technologies, is looking for a Technical Recruiters to join our rapidly growing team in Chennai, India. Expectation: Must have 0-4 years of experience in US Recruitment with hands on Technology recruiting or strong knowledge in IT, Locals preferred; freshers can apply.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

·        Conduct thorough sourcing campaigns to identify qualified candidate profiles for contract technical roles through Boolean internet strings, various job boards, social media outlets, and active networking within talent communities

·        Screen incoming resumes and interview potential candidates to review resume in depth and provide guidance around job search and career goals

·        Format resumes to meet internal brand standards and store all candidate files in Bullhorn applicant tracking system

·        Format active job descriptions to meet internal brand standards and post to website

·        Submit candidate resumes and professional bios to Managers for client consideration

·        Schedule interviews and provide responsive feedback and closure for candidates in process.

·        Maintain ongoing relationships with candidates not currently on assignment


QUALIFICATIONS:

·        0-4 years of experience in US Recruitment.

·        Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

·        Ability to learn quickly, establish personal credibility and build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders

·        Familiarity with MS Office - Word, Excel, Outlook

·        Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Information Technology / Computer Science or MBA in HR with strong understanding of Technology


Work hours:  7.30 PM IST to 4.30 AM IST (Night shift)

Location: SP Infocity, MGR Road, Kandanchavadi, Chennai -96
