We are looking for Account Managers Non-IT (US Process) Job Details: Job Role: Account Manager Experience: 2 – 8 Years Location: Hyderabad/Anatapur (No Implementation)Direct client Domain: IT & Non IT (Both can apply) Roles & Responsibilities: • Task with client accounts & good knowledge with MSP. • Involving in team’s delivery and submission of potential employees/consultants to the clients or vendors adhering to the companies Right Sourcing Approach. • Coordinated with Managers to understand various client needs and internal project needs of the company. • Exclusive experience in working with C2C (Corp-Corp), 1099 and W2 tax terms. • Maintaining submissions through use of Jobdiva & BullHorn assigning requirements to Recruiters. • Follow up with candidates for scheduled interviews and update them about the clients need. • Take complete responsibility of offshore resources, reporting to the Director of Global Recruitment. • Help recruiters on difficult requirements, searching job boards, posting requirements, qualifying candidates and submitting in VMS & ATS portals Please share your CV to chakrapani.s@siyaton.com or chakrapani.s@synergyglobal.us or call to 8886382418
