Urgent!! BDE (Business Development Executive)

Experience: 1-4 years

Qualification:- Any Graduation (Management people will be preferred)

Required Experience: 

• Minimum 1+ Years of relevant Business Development experience in Third Party Payroll Services.
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence
• Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings.
• Planning and preparing presentations (say hello to Powerpoint)
• Communicating new product developments to prospective clients.
• Overseeing the development of marketing literature.
• Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.
• Research and build relationships with new clients.
• Set up meetings between client decision makers and company’s practice leaders/Principals.
• Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
• Making relationship with new clients & maintaining strong relation with existing client
