We are looking for - Production support experience Job Description Location of Work – Melbourne Duration: 6 + months + Extendable quarter on quarter (depending on requirement) Detailed JD Years of Experience – 5 - 10 Years Skills: o Extensive Production support experience + Development experience using JAVA, J2EE, Spring, Spring boot, Restful Services, Javascript, ReactJS(Basic Understanding) also know basic unix command usage o Basic Understanding of containerisation concepts using openshift, Kubernetes o Must know about Monitoring tools like Splunk, Dyantrace, Prometheus(Good to Have) o Must have good debugging/investigation skills o Must have technical support experience in supporting application built on above mentioned technologies. o Working knowledge of agile implementation in prod support o Good Understanding of ITIL and ITSM processes, which includes incident management, problem management, change management , request management
