We are Hiring for Technical Leader-Manufacturing (Electronics) with 10-15 years of experience. Should have good communication skills • BE/BTech/ME/MTech - Electronics or Equivalent • 10 - 15 Years of professional experience in EMS industry • Should have hands on experience in setting up EMS lines • Should have managed big assembly lines • Should have driven NPI programs • Should have done component engineering • Should have experience in developing products • Strong understanding on product design & qualification requirements • Proven practical experience in analyzing & troubleshooting manufacturing issues • Commercial/Business acumen to understand techno-commercial aspects • Experience in PCB manufacturing, SMT process • Experience in handling products throughout the life cycle • knowledge on mechanical commodities manufacturing & cost • Self-Initiative, Problem solving, Persuasive & positive thinking Experience in VAVE, NPI, SMT, Dfx Interested applicant please share cv to amarnath_singhe@kellyengineering.co.in
