Job Description:- Job Role- Trainee Technical Recruiters (Looking for Freshers in Trichy) Eligibility :- 1) Freshers those who have completed BTech, BE, MBA, MCA, B.Sc, BCA 2) 0.6 Month - 1 Year Experience in Recruiting Industry Work Timing- 5 days working- Night Shifts Requirement- 1) He/She should possess good communication skills. 2) He/She should have good understanding of technology. 3) He/She should be willing to work in US Timings (Night Shift) - Mon to Friday Responsibilities- 1) Take care of the End to End recruitment cycle. 2) Understand the requirement and client's need and shortlist the suitable candidates based on technological skills, rates and location preferences from the available pool of resources. 3) Working on different Job portal such as Dice, Monster, CB etc. 4) Negotiate the rates/salary with the candidates. 5) Coordinate with the candidates for the interviews timings and joining formalities.
