Position: Trims Chassis Final Assembly Education: Diploma/ BE with expertise in 3D modelling and knowledge of automobile parts & assembly process Experience: 3– 5 years Location: Chennai Responsibilities a. Receive inputs from a customer (Compo No, Part details, FOP, Ref. data, Scan data, PR sheets, Project access, Standards, Formats) b. Refer to manuals/ procedures/check sheets / previous project data & results for each type of work scope. c. Try to find out answers from past data or with the help of digital leader before sending queries to customer d. For FPR projects, collect information of similar parts of competitors based on following criteria (technology, pre-assembly, assembly, usage of standard parts, DST, Ergonomics, Flexibility, Quality). e. Schedule activity (including progress review meetings) in line with customer requirements & get agreement from the customer. f.
