WABCO TECHNOLOGY CENTER HIRING FOR TEAM LEADER LOCATION : Chennai Job Requirements: 10+ Years of Experience.  Bachelors/Masters in Mechanical/ Automotive/Electronics/ Mechatronics Engineering  Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor  Excellent communication and leadership skills  Organizational and time-management skills  Decision-making skills  Expertise in Plant model development using MATLAB/Simulink  Experience in Validation of plant models  Good knowledge of Vehicle Dynamics  Good knowledge of Control Systems  Basic programming/scripting skills in C, Python  Exposure to HIL test environments and Embedded Systems.
