Looking some Scrum Master who are
- CSM Level 1 Certified
- 2-3 years’ experience as Scrum Master
- 5+ years’ experience as a Project Delivery lead
- Understand the fundamentals of iterative and incremental development.
- Needs to be an expert in estimation (Story Point estimation) and planning
- Knowledge about and facilitate Agile techniques like: User Stories, Continuous Integration, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Testing, Automated Testing
- Knowledge about and facilitate tasks, backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, user stories etc
