Hiring for #Insulin #Program #Management Role for Biocon- Bangalore

Role/Job Description:
• Program manager in global development of  #biosimilar #insulin and insulin hashtag#analogs
• Prepare, track and report project plan in Microsoft projects and excel customized as per Biocon’s systems
• Review programs weekly/fortnightly with Project Leader (PL) from R&D and Asset Managers
• Be point of contact for client communications on day to day basis
• Prepare budget annually, track and manage the expenses on monthly/quarterly basis
• Coordinate rate negotiation with third party service providers and liaise with finance, Program Head and Head R&D
• Coordinate contract negotiation with third party service providers and liaise with legal, finance and Program Head
• Work with peers in PMO office to continuously improve the project and program management function

Technical / Functional Skills:
• Total Experience - 4+ years
• Project management experience (at least 2-3 years)
• Proficiency in Microsoft projects and project management tools (at least 2 years)
• #PMP certified or pursuing
• Basic knowledge in #SAP
