Mandatory Skills:
Minimum 6-8 years of experience in Test Architecture
Experience in test automation.
Strong experience in establishing Automation capabilities and solution across the enterprise
Hands-on experience in automation framework design, must have created framework from scratch
Exposure to Selenium, Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, JUnit and Core Java
Hands-on experience in Web Services.
Exposure to Agile Development and know how to align QA efforts in the agile environment.
Exposure to performance and load testing
Exposure to security testing is an added advantage.
Good technical breadth and can pick up new technologies in no time
Ability to think out of the box and possess strong analytical skills
Strong project management discipline with an eye for identifying process improvement areas.

Other Mandatory Aspects:
Early/ immediate joiners are welcome
Exposure to API test automation

Personal Skills:
Good blend of technical skills and business acumen
High tolerance for change, especially while working within tight timelines
Collaborative with the ability to manage relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
