Experience:0.6 to 5 yrs Job Role: - - End to End recruitment process - Sourcing, screening and short listing candidates from job portals as per client requirement -Conduct Telephonic Interview - Scheduling the interviews - Negotiating with the candidates on salary package - Keep Track of Responses & Short listing Profiles in internal database - Follow-up of Candidate till on boarding.
