We are hiring Manager - 3Phase for Mumbai location. Exp: 8-15 Years The primary focus of this role is to achieve the expected sales and revenue targets of the Regional through desired contribution by 3PH products within the defined profitability. Roles & Responsibilites Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel consultants/End Users/Business Partners. Ensure targeted contribution of new products to the overall sales of the branch. Develop and implement both product and segment based strategies to penetrate under represented segments and to achieve the desired product sales mix. Liaison with specifiers and influencers resulting in approvals of the entire range of 3Ph products with them. Identify new markets and develop SI segments through focussed and continuous business development initiatives. Closely monitor and maintain trade discounting percentages at the optimum level facilitating profitability for the organization. Ensure customer SLA’s are met enabling an enhanced customer experience leading to customer delight and customer stickiness.
