Mphasis is Hiring for Assistant Manager - P&D Training for US Mortgage domain for Pune & Chennai location Job Description - Conduct new hire training, refresher training and PKT’s as per business requirement - Need to work closely with the internal call quality and the operations team - Would also be involved in calibration with clients and internal quality teams ­- Achieve set targets for processing, calibration and new hire training delivery - Designing effective training material for refresher training based on the training need analysis - Supporting the function by helping in organizing & planning trainings from time to time - Maintaining all reports according to compliance standards define by ISO Skills required - Strong US mortgage background is a must - Forensic or final underwriting (preference to additional experience for closing and processing) - Prior experience in training, facilitation/ delivery If interested please share CV on Sneha.doshi@mphasis.com
