Hiring for Account Manager Automotive (MNC) – Chennai. Total of 12 to 18 years of experience in Automotive Engineering field At least 8 years of experience in Automotive Passenger Car segment At least 5 years of experience in managing a large account (more than 100 people size) in an Engineering Services business • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing customer(s) • Open new target accounts by working with the delivery teams • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors • Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts • Develop value propositions/differentiated solutions to enable new account opening • Responsible for meeting the staffing requirements in the accounts (by working with dedicated/shared recruitment team, external vendors, etc.) • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders • Forecast and track key account metrics Fluency in English and Tamil Please share your updated CV to rakshith@resourceweaver.com
