Key Responsibilities and Deliverables: • Responsible for handling Sales for the assigned project/(s). • Conduct Client Visits and manages Walk Ins. • Presenting property solutions to clients. • Generate business through CHANNEL PARTNERS. • Having a Daily Follow-up with Enquiries Regarding Booking Status. • Giving Daily Report of booking to Business Head. • Scout for new sales opportunities through client references. • Identifies business opportunities to further increase sales volume, market share and profitability per property sales.
