Immediate requirements for MIS(WFM) Executives.
Location - Kalyan Nagar(Bangalore)
Salary - Best in the industry
1. Will be reporting to the client relations lead
2. Will focus on Achieving and maintaining operational efficiency for inbound customer support teams
3. Forecasting and scheduling
4. Creating shift rosters for the teams
5. Data and Analytics Driven Performance Management
6. Analyzing the Service-levels
7. Analyzing of ASA in real time and intraday intervals to determine change in forecast
8. Reporting of the daily metrics such as ASA, phone-to-staff/utilization, staff-to-work, adherence etc. 9. Maintain and share all agent and client related metrics and data as needed
10. Must be willing to work in shifts
Additional skills-
1. Good knowledge of Microsoft excel
2. Attention to detail
