Job Description :
As a Reporting Analyst/ Business Operations Specialist, you will be responsible to work different reports and dashboards and also support the production teams with technical support on Macros, Excel, VBA/ VBS. You will also need to deliver the tasks assigned within timelines, and would also need to support the business with innovation, and come out with automation ideas to enhance the reporting mechanism.

We are looking for:
- Experience in the area of HR / Workforce / Recruitment and analytics and management reporting.
- Ability to analyze data and identify KPIs/trends/ draw conclusions
- Advanced MS Excel skills required to perform data analysis (calculations, pivot tables, data comparison, data presentation).

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE :-
- Knowledge of the HR analytics domain.
- Hands on experience in automation of processes using excel and VBA
