Skills Set:

Involved in manpower planning for the core functions. Build Employee relationship through one on one and arranging skip level meetings.
Facilitate Organizational Development interventions Budget based hiring and Restructuring of Organisation for certain functions& Leadership interventions
Receiving of manpower planning requisition form.
Maintenance contractor's attendance and processing their payrolls.
Handling Contractors grievances.
Maintenance of contractor daily Headcount.
Conducting interview and process for Medical test.
Maintenance of contractor's attendance.
Processing of monthly payroll.
Involved in the end and end appraisal process for Managers and staffs levels Involved and facilitated the leadership assessment Centre every year.
Computer Skills: Complete MS Office / Windows
