As a Consultant, you will work with our key multinational clients to:

Understand critical profile requirements
Identify and evaluate suitable candidates
Manage the entire selection process
source the profiles from Naukri, monster 
Build and manage social media networks as required
Create and manage databases through a centralized RMS
Good experience in E2E recruitment process.

Excellent communication skills
Tenacity and target orientation, with an ability to implement a process firmly and adhere to all process guidelines.

Education: Any Degree
Experience: 1 - 6 years in recruitment
