Role

• 10 yrs of testing / test automation experience

• Experienced in Agile Scrum model,

• Experienced in working with tools such as Selenium, LeanFT

• Experienced in Manual Testing, Black Box, Functional, Regression, System Integration.

• Expertise in C# and OOPS concepts required for Selenium frameworks.

• Business Process knowledge in Banking domain

Responsibilities

• Lead team of testers on functional and automation testing of stories as well as developing automation test cases

• Manage the testing activities and remove impediments as encountered by testers, ex: data blockers

• Understanding of Agile/Lean methodology, QA methodologies, life cycle and processes.

• Analyzing Business Requirements / Features and preparing the Test conditions in HP Quality Center / ALM.

• Develop test scripts using Selenium and document reports, test results.

• Support and maintain knowledge repository

• Should possess strong verbal/written communication skills

• Should have progressing skills in Business Analysis, Business Knowledge, Testing Lifecycle, Testing Expertise, Testing Techniques, Testing Management, Architecture Knowledge, Technical Solution Design and Quality Management.
