Job Roles:
• Looking for vibrant fresher aspire to be a recruiter.
• Sourcing candidates through various portals, resume database, referrals, networking sites etc.
• Screening the resumes and scheduling for interviews.
• Involved in taking group discussions and personal interviews.
• Negotiating job offers with candidates.
• Flexible to stretch and work on weekends.
• Must know to speak any one of these regional language fluently Hindi / Malayalam / Telugu / Kannada
Eligibility Criteria:
• Should possess good communication skills.
• MBA (HR) / MA (HR) / MSW (HR)
• Experience: 1 – 2 Yrs (preferably in consultancy)
