Qualification: BE (Mechanical or Automobile)Exp: 13-15 yrs - Work experience in plant quality function in tier 1 set up with precision machining of components - Proficient in Quality System requirement of component manufacturing - SPC proficiency and ability to implement SPC - Problem solving using data based approach and ability to resolve technical issues with speedAudit skills (Product, Process & Quality System)Has a mindset of zero defect.Action oriented.Drive for results.Confident in communicating with higher management and customer senior leadership.Job Dimensions.Main Interaction of the Role with: Internal (Within Client) and External (Outside Client). Accountable for implementing Quality Systems in the organisation with target of zero defect. - Conduct audits and escalate high impact issues immediately for containment and track other open issues till closure - Participate in Quality planning of new programs, monitoring of Quality metrics during regular production and addressing warranty concerns.
