Experience in L1 Monitoring / Service Desk 2. Well versed with MS office viz. Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook. 3. Must be willing to work in 24 x 7 environment, Including Night shifts. 4. Must be willing to support Clients over Phone / Web / Mail 5. Must possess strong interpersonal skills(Japanese) and have the ability to interact with all levels of employees in a professional manner 6. Assigned duties should be performed in a timely and accurate manner 7. Must handle responsibilities by multi-tasking, working independently and with minimal direction. 8. Must deliver objectives both individually and by interaction with others, therefore must demonstrate an understanding of organizational functions and departments. 9.
