• 6 Months-3 Years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
• Must have experience working for Implementation Partners (Infosys, CTS, TCS, Wipro etc) 
• Should have good experience in the Boolean Search Strings (like AND OR NOT etc.)
• Should be well versed with various job boards like Monster, Dice, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc. 
• Should have good experience in End to End Recruitment process.
• Strong Negotiating Skills with Go Getter attitude and ability to work under pressure
• Should have experience working majorly on C2C requirements.
• Knowledge of US Visa Types & US Tax Terms.
• Multilingual (preferred).
