HEAD RECRUITMENT • Must have 12 to 15 year’s experience in hardcore recruitment • Must have experience with Real estate & construction industry • Handled both quality & volume hiring; organized job fair • Manage a team of 3 to 5 recruiters • MBA in HR from a good institution • Ensure 100 % compliance with screening and recruitment process • Coordinate and conduct interviews for the shortlisted candidates • Responsible for sourcing of candidates through Job Portal (Naukri.com and LinkedIn), Referral and Internal Job Posting • To ensure completion of Background verification (Education / Employment) on the required times • Leading Internal Job Posting for Pan India, conduct interviews across zones and businesses • Preparing JD and Job Posting for Portals, Social Media and External Sources • Effectively negotiate the offers of employment while ensuring Internal Parity and smooth transition for candidates into the company • Responsible for candidates joining formalities & also assisting the HR Department in conducting induction program for new joiners Interested candidates can reach me on +91 9551077055 / email - justin@alliancein.com
