We need this person to anchor events, talk to stakeholders at all levels, and communicate with foreign/native speakers of English. - Good presentation skills. We need this person to be efficient and quick in understanding requirements from management and deliver it in preferred output format. - Exposure/experience in US Visa processing (H1 B, B1, L1 B, GC, etc…) - Visa expertise requires an eye for error, meticulous and systematic writing skills and an above average understanding of technical skills. - Exposure/experience in US recruitment, coordination with vendors and understanding of SOW/MSA requirements. - Exposure to and understanding of Corporate Communication and operate on it with minimal supervision. - Experience in online EPF Employer transactions. - Experience and understanding of HRMS tools. - Tech-literate - This person will have to operate - Experience in design, amendment and documentation of HR policies.
