Eligibility criteria:

• Engineering & Non-Engineering (computer science related full-time courses) & candidates having excellent programming skillset
• Freshers only (2016 / 2017 / 2018 batches)

Required skills:

• Fundamentals of C / C++ / Java
• Knowledge in any of the Relational Databases / Frameworks would be an added advantage
• Familiarity or knowledge on web development
• Knowledge of Object Oriented Concepts & Data Structures
• Capability to code & solve simple problems by using JAVA / C /C++ / C# / Python / JS
• Must be good in Coding and Debugging skills
• Should possess good communication skills
• Fast learner, flexible to work in multiple technology stacks and able to work well within a cross-functional team environment.

Selection process details:

• Shortlisted candidates will receive an invitation email to take up the tests (Please note: Shortlisting is purely based on overall academic performance)
• L1 - First level shortlisted candidates will be required to undertake the Aptitude Test
• L2 - Aptitude Test shortlisted candidates will be invited to take up the Coding Challenge
• L3 - Shortlisted candidates from the Coding Challenge will be invited for in-person technical interviews
• L4 - Final HR interview for those who cross L1, L2 & L3
• Your test will be monitored continuously. Observation of any kind of malpractice will lead to auto-cancellation of your participation in the Hiring challenge
• Joining batches for the offered candidates will commence from the month of April/May 2018
