No of Position: 1  Location: Chennai Interested can forward your resume to diana.raj@firstinsight.com Job Description: Responsibilities • Primary role in setting up Insights (consumer surveys) based on the objective of the retailer / brand, especially in the fashion vertical, to incorporate the voice of the customer in their product decisions. • Coordinate with global teams to understand requirements, timelines and prioritize accordingly to complete the deliverables optimally. • Quality check the Insight setup to test for compliance with documented best practices. • Communicate findings to the relevant stakholders as appropriate. • Manage the deployment of Insights and monitor the progress of Insights. • Manage the Insights while they’re in progress and ensure that all required Insights are able to get sufficient responses. Requirements • Experience in a discipline related to fashion technology or other equivalent • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Excellent client servicing skills required • Well organized and task oriented with sharp attention to detail. • Proficiency with technology that includes Microsoft Office • Must excel working in an environment with minimal supervision.
