Should be able to do project management of key programs and provide technical direction to team. Should be able to work with PD/design teams. Experience in PWB testing. Must understand the IPC standards 610D/E and 7711/7721 and fair understanding of selective solder process. Must have working knowledge on PCB surface finish.
