We Looking Head of department – (Engineering) for a leading valve manufacturing company Ranipet (Vellore Location) with Minimum 20 years exp in production engineering / manufacturing engineering, with  atleast 5 yrs in the capacity of HoD ( GM / DGM / AGM ).. Qualification BE Mechanical..Job Description Exposure to various manufacturing processes, ( working knowledge in atleast turning & milling ) materials & heat treatment ,cutting tools and tooling concepts, measuring system concepts, Cycle time & cost estimation, New product development & project management ( should be capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously ), should be familiar with APQP, ppap etc., Customer interaction during new product development , tech reviews , technical support for marketing, Exposure to technical requirements of export business, interaction with global customers, quality focused , excellent communication skills, Establish production levels (run@rate), Machinery evaluation / selection , capacity review and installation, Shop Floor layout, Engineering document control, SAP Exposure in preferable.
