We are looking SMT – Process(Deputy Manager) with Exp: 10 – 13yrs experience in leading MNC (An Automotive Cockpit Electronics Manufacturing) Company Chennai. Qualification: BE Electrical or Electronics.. Hands of experience in SMT process and Estabilishment. Lead Team of SMT process experts and provide leadership directions to team and develop their capabilities. Exposure in SMT Process like Screen Printing, Placement equipment’s, Reflow Ovens, and Selective Soldering is required. Candidates from EMS background are preferred. Automotive Electronics background is advantageous. Must have experience in PCB DFM reviews, Gerber understanding, stencil development. Must have working knowledge on PCB surface finish, solder paste composition, MSL standards, components packaging, process defects, Must have good working knowledge on reflow process, setting up profile boards, PWI index, fine tune print parameters/reflow zone temp to optimize PWI index, Must understand the IPC standards 610D/E and 7711/7721, Must have fair understanding of selective solder process, ESD, Strain gage analysis would be an added advantage Kindly mail to jaga@tmangoes.com
