We are hiring for CUSTOMER SUPPORT MANAGER at Bangalore-Yelahanka, for our client which is in Energy Measuring devices Business. Attending online support for product/Energy Management Solutions. • Responsible for the closure of complaints/grievances & maintain good relationship with the customer/ Languages preferred – English/Hindi/Kannada/Proactive in identifying issues concerns related to Project./Strong Customer Service Orientation/Ability to take Pressure and deliver Candidate must be BE/Diploma in Electrical /Electronic Engineering. Has to manage a team of around 20 members. • Maintaining very cordial relation with customers and Channel partners • Support Customer escalation on issues with product and services. • Preparation of Project Schedule & Periodic review with team members/Manpower & Material Management,Team Management: Execution, testing, commissioning & Customer support • Liaison with Customers, Consultants & Contractors for the progressive site activities. • Must be very good in learning, building relationships, team working, requirement understanding, analysing, problem solving, follow ups and closing.
