We are currently looking for QS ENGINEER/ ESTIMATOR to be assigned in #Dubai.

• With five (5) years relevant quantity surveying experience • Excellent communication and time management skills • Degree level of education in Civil Engineering PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES • Assisting in the process of variation preparation and submittal. • Preparation of monthly claims, variations and project budgets. • Bill of Quantities re-measurement and coordination with client. • Recalculation of costs as a result of design or other changes. • Preparing and analyzing costing for tenders. • Coordination with the main contractor, supplier and concerned parties regarding the tender for submission of the new project and contract. • Assist with development of systems and procedures pertaining to quantity surveying. • Reviews contractor or engineering submittals to determine reasonable estimate of costs. • Maintenance of contract documentation in accordance with Project standards and requirements.
