Tibco Analyst -Contract/Perm #Melbourne

         Should be able to understand the requirements clearly and design the applications/interfaces using TIBCO technologies.          10+ years of experience in designing and developing and deploying EAI/BPM solutions using TIBCO products like TIBCO Business Works, TIBCO Business Events, TIBCO EMS, TIBCO Administrator, TIBCO Hawk, Web services          4+ years of experience as TIBCO support resource          Good Understanding on BW 5.x concepts with hands on experience.          Extensive Experience in Service Oriented Architecture based solutions using SOAP messaging framework and emerging web services standards.          Hands-on experience in Oracle Database and writing SQL queries extensively          Experience in UNIX          Experience in Java will be added advantage.          Ability to perform design and development tasks with minimal supervision and possess strong analytical skills with ability to follow project standards and procedures.          Should be self-driven, be able to own requirements, drive/initiate design, understand and follow best practices.
