Job Location- chennai Roles and Responsibility • Co-ordinate with the General Manager / Marketing Manager for purchasing process. • To get all indents with Specification and delivery Schedule. • To float the enquiries to different Suppliers. • To prepare the purchase order, place the order in detailed quantity, specification, terms & conditions, delivery terms etc., should be mentioned clearly. • To follow up with Supplier and ensure timely supply of material to meet the production schedule. • To collect the price from supplier required basis and update the price list. • To follow the external logistics team to ensure the raw material availability.
